1. Digital Product Nature

We sell digital-download eBooks.
No physical product is shipped.

2. Delivery of Digital Products

  • After successful payment confirmation, download access will be provided via:

    ✅ Order confirmation page or whatsapp

  • The order is considered delivered once the download link is sent.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods:

❌ We do not provide refunds once the files are downloaded
(because digital items cannot be returned).

4. Support for Delivery Issues

If your download link is missing or not working:
